If^G1487 any man^G5100 teacheth a different^G2085 doctrine, and^G2532 consenteth^G4334 not^G3361 to sound^G5198 words,^G3056 [even] the^G3588 words of our^G2257 Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ,^G5547 and^G2532 to the doctrine^G1319 which is according to^G2596 godliness;^G2150

holding^G472 to the faithful^G4103 word^G3056 which^G2596 is according to the teaching,^G1322 that^G2443 he may be^G5600 able^G1415 to^G2532 exhort^G3870 in^G1722 the sound^G5198 doctrine,^G1319 and^G2532 to convict^G1651 the gainsayers.^G483

Faithful^G4103 is the saying,^G3056 and^G2532 concerning these things^G5130 I desire^G1014 that^G1226 thou^G4571 affirm confidently,^G1226 to the end that^G2443 they who have believed^G4100 God^G2316 may be careful^G5431 to maintain^G4291 good^G2570 works.^G2041 These things^G5023 are^G2076 good^G2570 and^G2532 profitable^G5624 unto men:^G444
