Thorne also and thistle shall it bryng foorth to thee, and thou shalt eate the hearbe of the fielde.

And she proceading, brought foorth his brother Habel, and Habel was a keper of sheepe, but Cain was a tyller of the grounde.

And if any man haue planted a vineyarde, and haue not made it comon: let hym go and returne agayne vnto his house, lest he dye in the battayle, and another make it common,

The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but the mouth of the vngodly kepeth mischiefe in secrete.

I went by the fielde of the slouthfull, and by the vineyarde of the foolishe man:

Marueyle not at me that I am so blacke, for why? the sunne hath shined vpon me: my mothers chyldren haue euyll wyll at me, they made me the keper of the vineyardes, but mine owne vineyarde haue I not kept.

Who goeth a warfare any time at his owne cost? Who planteth a vineyarde, and eateth not of the fruite therof? Or who feedeth a flocke, and eateth not of the milke of the flocke?
