My louers and my neygbours dyd stande on the other syde lokyng vpon my plague: and my kinsmen stoode a farre of.

When I loked vpon my ryght hande and sawe rounde about me there was no man that woulde knowe me: I had no place to flee vnto, and no man cared for my soule.

And there was Marie Magdalene, & the other Marie, syttyng ouer against the sepulchre.

And Marie Magdalene, and Marie Ioses, behelde where he was layde.

And there folowed hym a great companie of people, and of women, which bewayled and lamented hym.

Then sayde the hye priestes of the Iewes to Pilate, Write not kyng of the Iewes: but, that he sayde, I am kyng of the Iewes.
