Go to the emmet thou sluggarde, consider her wayes, and learne to be wyse:

He that tylleth his lande, shall haue plenteousnesse of bread: but he that foloweth idlenesse is a very foole.

Whoso kepeth his figge tree, shall eate the fruites thereof: so he that wayteth vpon his maister, shall come to honour.

He that tylleth his lande shall haue plenteousnes of bread: but he that foloweth idle persons, shall haue pouertie inough.

Who so kepeth the commaundement, shall feele no harme: but a wyse mans heart discerneth the tyme and iudgement.
