O God of hoastes: blessed is the man that putteth his trust in thee.

He that is liberall in geuyng, shall haue plentie: and he that watereth, shalbe watered also hym selfe.

Among the proude there is euer strife: but with the well aduised is wisdome.

The clearnes of the eye reioyseth the heart, & a good name feedeth the bones.

Cast out the scorneful man, and so shal strife go out with hym: yea variaunce and sclaunder shall ceasse.

He that feareth men shall haue a fall: but who so putteth his trust in the Lorde, is without daunger.

O blessed is the man that putteth his trust in the Lorde, and whose hope is in the Lorde hym selfe.
