Moses tolde this vnto the childre of Israel. But they herkened not vnto him, for very anguysh of sprete, & for sore laboure.

But the Edomite answered him: Thou shal not go by me, or I wyl come agaynst ye with ye swerde.

Then dyd Moses as the LORDE comaunded him, and they wente vp vnto Mount Hor in ye sight of the whole congregacion.

And whan they were come vp to ye ryuer of Escol, and sawe ye londe, they turned the hertes of the children of Israel, so yt they wolde not into the londe which ye LORDE wolde haue geuen them.

But as for you, turne you, and take youre iourney to the wyldernesse, euen the waye to the reed see.

and compased the lode of the Edomites and Moabites, and came on the eastsyde of the londe of the Moabites and pitched beyonde Arnon, and came not within the coaste of the Moabites. For Arnon is the border of the Moabites.

strengthinge the soules of ye disciples, and exortinge the to cotynue in the faith: and that we thorow moch tribulacion must entre in to the kyngdome of God.
