And of Phrygia, and Pamphylia, of Egypt, & of the partes of Libya, which is beside Cyrene, & strangers of Rome, and Iewes, & Proselytes,

Nowe when Paul & they that were with him were departed by shippe from Paphus, they came to Perga a citie of Pamphylia: then Iohn departed from them, and returned to Hierusalem.

But Paul thought it not meete to take him vnto their companie, which departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the worke.

Then Paul sayde, Doubtlesse, I am a man which am a Iewe, and citizen of Tarsus, a famous citie of Cilicia, and I beseech thee, suffer mee to speake vnto the people.

After that, I went into the coastes of Syria and Cilicia:
