TSK · Exodus 21:1

Moses then came & called for the Elders of the people, and proposed vnto them all these things, which the Lord commanded him.

Ye shall keepe therefore my statutes, & my iudgementes, which if a man doe, he shall then liue in them: I am the Lord.

Therefore shall ye obserue all mine ordinances, and all my iudgements, and doe them: I am the Lorde.

Then the Congregation shall iudge betweene the slayer and the auenger of blood according to these lawes.

Behold, I haue taught you ordinances, and lawes, as the Lord my God commanded me, that ye should doe euen so within the land whither ye goe to possesse it.

And the Lord commanded me that same time, that I should teach you ordinances & lawes, which ye should obserue in the lande, whither ye goe, to possesse it.

Then Moses called all Israiel, and saide vnto them, Heare, O Israel, the ordinances and the lawes which I propose to you this day, that yee may learne them, and take heede to obserue them.

These now are the commandements, ordinances, and lawes, which the Lorde your God commanded me to teach you, that ye might doe them in the land whither ye go to possesse it:

If thy brother an Ebrewe sell himselfe to thee, or an Ebrewesse, and serue thee sixe yeere, euen in the seuenth yeere thou shalt let him goe free from thee:

And in euery cause that shall come to you of your brethren that dwel in their cities, betweene blood and blood, betweene law and precept, statutes and iudgements, ye shall iudge them, and admonish them that they trespasse not against the Lord, that wrath come not vpon you and vpon your brethren. This shall ye do and trespasse not.

The chiefe of them receiued it for their brethren, and they came to the curse and to the othe to walke in Gods Law, which was giuen by Moses the seruant of God, to obserue and doe all the commandements of the Lorde our God, and his iudgements and his statutes:

And I gaue them my statutes, and declared my iudgements vnto them, which if a man doe, he shall liue in them.

Remember the lawe of Moses my seruant, which I commanded vnto him in Horeb for all Israel with the statutes and iudgements.

And furthermore we beseeche you, brethren, and exhort you in the Lord Iesus, that ye increase more and more, as ye haue receiued of vs, how ye ought to walke, and to please God.
