For he will stand at the right hand of the poore, to saue him from them that woulde condemne his soule.

And Iesus knowing it, sayde vnto them, Why trouble yee the woman? For shee hath wrought a good woorke vpon me.

And when the euen was come, there came a riche man of Arimathea, named Ioseph, who had also himselfe bene Iesus disciple.

And nowe when the night was come (because it was the day of the preparation that is before the Sabbath)

And after these things, Ioseph of Arimathea (who was a disciple of Iesus, but secretly for feare of the Iewes) besought Pilate that he might take downe the bodie of Iesus; Pilate gaue him licence. He came then and tooke Iesus body.
