Then the Amalekites and the Canaanites, which dwelt in that mountaine, came downe & smote them, & consumed them vnto Hormah.

Then came out Sihon to meete vs, him selfe with all his people to fight at Iahaz.

Neither was there any citie that made peace with the children of Israel, saue those Hiuites that inhabited Gibeon: all other they tooke by battell.

And the childre of Keni Moses father in law went vp out of the citie of the palme trees with the children of Iudah, into the wildernesse of Iudah, that lieth in the South of Arad, & went and dwelt among the people.
