The Omer is the tenth part of the Ephah.

And when any will offer a meate offering vnto the Lorde, his offering shall be of fine floure, and he shall powre oyle vpon it, and put incense thereon,

Then let him that offreth his offring vnto the Lorde, bring a meate offring of a tenth deale of fine flowre, mingled with the fourth part of an Hin of oyle.
