TSK · Proverbs 10:3

In famine he shal deliuer thee from death: and in battel from the power of the sworde.

That the reioycing of the wicked is short, and that the ioy of hypocrites is but a moment?

The increase of his house shal go away: it shal flow away in the day of his wrath.

To deliuer their soules from death, and to preserue them in famine.

The lyons doe lacke and suffer hunger, but they, which seeke the Lord, shall want nothing that is good.

They shall not be confounded in the perilous time, & in the daies of famine they shall haue ynough.

The wicked shall see it and be angrie: he shall gnash with his teeth, and consume away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.

He shall dwell on hie: his defence shall be the munitions of rockes: bread shalbe giuen him, and his waters shalbe sure.

Neither their siluer nor their golde shalbe able to deliuer them in ye day of the Lords wrath, but the whole lande shalbe deuoured by the fire of his ielousie: for hee shall make euen a speedie riddance of all them that dwell in the land.

And he spake vnto his disciples, Therefore I say vnto you, Take no thought for your life, what yee shall eate: neither for your body, what yee shall put on.

Let your conuersation be without couetousnesse, and be content with those things that ye haue, for he hath said,
