¶ Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy [endureth] for ever.

When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:

He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding.
