The LORD said to him,“Who gave a mouth to man, or who makes a person mute or deaf or seeing or blind? Is it not I, the LORD?

When Saul and his servant arrived at Gibeah, a company of prophets was coming out to meet him. Then the Spirit of God rushed upon Saul and he prophesied among them.

For with mocking lips and a foreign tongue he will speak to these people.

The LORD said to me,“Do not say,‘I am too young.’ But go to whomever I send you and say whatever I tell you.

Go to the exiles, to your fellow countrymen, and speak to them– say to them,‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says,’ whether they pay attention or not.”

Whenever they hand you over for trial, do not worry about how to speak or what to say, for what you should say will be given to you at that time.

Luke 1:15 TSK

And God has placed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, gifts of healing, helps, gifts of leadership, different kinds of tongues.

Love never ends. But if there are prophecies, they will be set aside; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be set aside.

Church Order What should you do then, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each one has a song, has a lesson, has a revelation, has a tongue, has an interpretation. Let all these things be done for the strengthening of the church.

And do not get drunk with wine, which is debauchery, but be filled by the Spirit,

They were shown that they were serving not themselves but you, in regard to the things now announced to you through those who proclaimed the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven– things angels long to catch a glimpse of.
