But I will execute judgment on the nation that they will serve. Afterward they will come out with many possessions.

Therefore, tell the Israelites,‘I am the LORD. I will bring you out from your enslavement to the Egyptians, I will rescue you from the hard labor they impose, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments.

For by now I could have stretched out my hand and struck you and your people with plague, and you would have been destroyed from the earth.

All these your servants will come down to me and bow down to me, saying,‘Go, you and all the people who follow you,’ and after that I will go out.” Then Moses went out from Pharaoh in great anger.

They baked cakes of bread without yeast using the dough they had brought from Egypt, for it was made without yeast– because they were thrust out of Egypt and were not able to delay, they could not prepare food for themselves either.

And he brought signs and great, devastating wonders on Egypt, on Pharaoh, and on his whole family before our very eyes.

He seized the leaders of the city, along with some desert thorns and briers; he then“threshed” the men of Succoth with them.

They executed his miraculous signs among them, and his amazing deeds in the land of Ham.

The LORD will strike Egypt, striking and then healing them. They will turn to the LORD and he will listen to their prayers and heal them.

You did miracles and amazing deeds in the land of Egypt which have had lasting effect. By this means you gained both in Israel and among humankind a renown that lasts to this day.

As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, with a powerful hand and an outstretched arm, and with an outpouring of rage, I will be king over you.
