When they come in, the prince will come in with them, and when they go out, he will go out.

After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.

and said,“Men of Galilee, why do you stand here looking up into the sky? This same Jesus who has been taken up from you into heaven will come back in the same way you saw him go into heaven.”

Who is the one who will condemn? Christ is the one who died(and more than that, he was raised), who is at the right hand of God, and who also is interceding for us.

in these last days he has spoken to us in a son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he created the world.

Warning Against Drifting Away Therefore we must pay closer attention to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.

Now Moses was faithful in all God’s house as a servant, to testify to the things that would be spoken.

where Jesus our forerunner entered on our behalf, since he became a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.

The High Priest of a Better Covenant Now the main point of what we are saying is this: We have such a high priest, one who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven,

For Christ did not enter a sanctuary made with hands– the representation of the true sanctuary– but into heaven itself, and he appears now in God’s presence for us.

And let us hold unwaveringly to the hope that we confess, for the one who made the promise is trustworthy.
