But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Powerful One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,

The bows of warriors are shattered, but those who stumbled have taken on strength.

The LORD gives his people strength; the LORD grants his people security.

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you! Don’t be frightened, for I am your God! I strengthen you– yes, I help you– yes, I uphold you with my saving right hand!

I will fully satisfy the needs of those who are weary and fully refresh the souls of those who are faint.

But he said to me,“My grace is enough for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” So then, I will boast most gladly about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may reside in me.
