Yet my people have forgotten me and offered sacrifices to worthless idols! This makes them stumble along in the way they live and leave the old reliable path of their fathers. They have left them to walk in bypaths, in roads that are not smooth and level.
Exhortation for the Strong not to Destroy the Weak Therefore we must not pass judgment on one another, but rather determine never to place an obstacle or a trap before a brother or sister.
But be careful that this liberty of yours does not become a hindrance to the weak.
Do not give offense to Jews or Greeks or to the church of God,
and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but be healed.
