God understands the way to it, and he alone knows its place.

For the LORD gives wisdom, and from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.

Wisdom from God Now we do speak wisdom among the mature, but not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are perishing.

All generous giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or the slightest hint of change.
