he who crushes me with a tempest, and multiplies my wounds for no reason.

For you have said,‘My teaching is flawless, and I am pure in your sight.’

Job’s Abandonment and Affliction“If I cry out,‘Violence!’ I receive no answer; I cry for help, but there is no justice.

I put on righteousness and it clothed me, my just dealing was like a robe and a turban;

‘I am pure, without transgression; I am clean and have no iniquity.
