TSK · John 20:31

The king says,“I will announce the LORD’s decree. He said to me:‘You are my son! This very day I have become your father!

The tempter came and said to him,“If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become bread.”

Now when the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and what took place, they were extremely terrified and said,“Truly this one was God’s Son!”

so that you may know for certain the things you were taught.

Nathanael answered him,“Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the king of Israel!”

The one who believes in him is not condemned. The one who does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.

“I tell you the solemn truth, the one who hears my message and believes the one who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned, but has crossed over from death to life.

For this is the will of my Father– for everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him to have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

The Man’s Response to Jesus Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, so he found the man and said to him,“Do you believe in the Son of Man?”

And the person who saw it has testified(and his testimony is true, and he knows that he is telling the truth), so that you also may believe.

And on the basis of faith in Jesus’ name, his very name has made this man– whom you see and know– strong. The faith that is through Jesus has given him this complete health in the presence of you all.

About him all the prophets testify, that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.”

concerning his Son who was a descendant of David with reference to the flesh,

Everyone who denies the Son does not have the Father either. The person who confesses the Son has the Father also.

Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been fathered by God, and everyone who loves the father loves the child fathered by him.

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us insight to know him who is true, and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This one is the true God and eternal life.
