This is my requirement that you and your descendants after you must keep: Every male among you must be circumcised.

Therefore, cleanse your heart and stop being so stubborn!

but someone is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is of the heart by the Spirit and not by the letter. This person’s praise is not from people but from God.

In him you also were circumcised– not, however, with a circumcision performed by human hands, but by the removal of the fleshly body, that is, through the circumcision done by Christ.
