TSK · Leviticus 26:25

I will strike them with the pestilence, and I will disinherit them; I will make you into a nation that is greater and mightier than they!”

The LORD will plague you with deadly diseases until he has completely removed you from the land you are about to possess.

I will get revenge and pay them back at the time their foot slips; for the day of their disaster is near, and the impending judgment is rushing upon them!”

The LORD was furious with Israel and handed them over to robbers who plundered them. He turned them over to their enemies who lived around them. They could no longer withstand their enemies’ attacks.

King Shalmaneser of Assyria marched up to attack him; so Hoshea became his subject and paid him tribute.

He delivered his people over to the sword, and was angry with his chosen nation.

But if you refuse and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword.” Know for certain that the LORD has spoken.

I predestine you to die by the sword, all of you will kneel down at the slaughtering block, because I called to you, and you did not respond, I spoke and you did not listen. You did evil before me; you chose to do what displeases me.”

Even if they fast, I will not hear their cries for help. Even if they offer burnt offerings and grain offerings, I will not accept them. Instead, I will kill them through wars, famines, and plagues.”

In this place I will thwart the plans of the people of Judah and Jerusalem. I will deliver them over to the power of their enemies who are seeking to kill them. They will die by the sword at the hands of their enemies. I will make their dead bodies food for the birds and wild beasts to eat.

The LORD of Heaven’s Armies says,‘I will bring war, starvation, and disease on them. I will treat them like figs that are so rotten they cannot be eaten.

I will send famine and wild beasts against you and they will take your children from you. Plague and bloodshed will overwhelm you, and I will bring a sword against you. I, the LORD, have spoken!”

“Or suppose I were to bring a sword against that land and say,‘Let a sword pass through the land,’ and I were to kill both people and animals.

Because I will cut off from you both the righteous and the wicked, my sword will go out from its sheath against everyone from the south to the north.

“Son of man, speak to your people, and say to them,‘Suppose I bring a sword against the land, and the people of the land take one man from their borders and make him their watchman.

“I sent against you a plague like one of the Egyptian plagues. I killed your young men with the sword, along with the horses you had captured. I made the stench from the corpses rise up into your nostrils. Still you did not come back to me.” The LORD is speaking!

There will be great earthquakes, and famines and plagues in various places, and there will be terrifying sights and great signs from heaven.
