Jesus said to them,“The wedding guests cannot mourn while the bridegroom is with them, can they? But the days are coming when the bridegroom will be taken from them, and then they will fast.
But those days are coming, and when the bridegroom is taken from them, at that time they will fast.”
Then Jesus said,“I will be with you for only a little while longer, and then I am going to the one who sent me.
Jesus replied,“The light is with you for a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.
But now I am going to the one who sent me, and not one of you is asking me,‘Where are you going?’
I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them safe in your name that you have given me, so that they may be one just as we are one.
