Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t his mother named Mary? And aren’t his brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas?

(Now Mary Magdalene and the other Mary were sitting there, opposite the tomb.)

Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses saw where the body was placed.

and also some women who had been healed of evil spirits and disabilities: Mary(called Magdalene), from whom seven demons had gone out,

Now standing beside Jesus’ cross were his mother, his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene.

Do we not have the right to the company of a believing wife, like the other apostles and the Lord’s brothers and Cephas?
