Fulfillment of the Law and Prophets“Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets. I have not come to abolish these things but to fulfill them.

Jesus’ Final Commission Then he said to them,“These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the law of Moses and the prophets and the psalms must be fulfilled.”

Moses said,‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothers. You must obey him in everything he tells you.

But now apart from the law the righteousness of God(although it is attested by the law and the prophets) has been disclosed–
