TSK · Nehemiah 13:14

“Please, LORD. Remember how I have served you faithfully and with wholehearted devotion, and how I have carried out your will.” Then Hezekiah wept bitterly.

He was buried in the City of David with the kings, because he had accomplished good in Israel and for God and his temple.

The rest of the needs for the temple of your God that you may have to supply, you may do so from the royal treasury.

Blessed be the LORD God of our fathers, who so moved in the heart of the king to so honor the temple of the LORD which is in Jerusalem!

Then I directed the Levites to purify themselves and come and guard the gates in order to keep the Sabbath day holy.For this please remember me, O my God, and have pity on me in keeping with your great love.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! May those who love her prosper!

For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love you have demonstrated for his name, in having served and continuing to serve the saints.
