Whenever they entered the tent of meeting, and whenever they approached the altar, they would wash, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

The Israelites did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses– that is what they did.

Moses gave the redemption money to Aaron and his sons, according to the word of the LORD, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

These are those who were numbered by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who numbered the Israelites in the rift valley plains of Moab along the Jordan River opposite Jericho.
