They journeyed from Sukkoth and camped in Etham, on the edge of the desert.

But when the cloud was lifted up from the tabernacle, the Israelites would set out on all their journeys;

So the Israelites did according to all that the LORD commanded Moses; that is the way they camped under their standards, and that is the way they traveled, each with his clan and family.

And they observed the Passover on the fourteenth day of the first month at twilight in the desert of Sinai; in accordance with all that the LORD had commanded Moses, so the Israelites did.

So Moses sent them from the wilderness of Paran at the command of the LORD. All of them were leaders of the Israelites.

They traveled from Rephidim and camped in the desert of Sinai.

¶ The Covenant Setting This is what Moses said to all of Israel in the Transjordanian wilderness, the arid rift valley opposite Suph, between Paran and Tophel, Laban, Hazeroth, and Di Zahab.

Then we left Horeb and passed through all that immense, forbidding wilderness that you saw on the way to the Amorite hill country as the LORD our God had commanded us to do, finally arriving at Kadesh Barnea.

The Death of Samuel Samuel died, and all Israel assembled and mourned him. They buried him at his home in Ramah. Then David left and went down to the wilderness of Paran.

God comes from Teman, the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah. His splendor has covered the skies, the earth is full of his glory.
