TSK · Proverbs 14:8

To obey the LORD is the fundamental principle for wise living; all who carry out his precepts acquire good moral insight. He will receive praise forever.

Give me understanding so that I might observe your law, and keep it with all my heart.

May I hear about your loyal love in the morning, for I trust in you. Show me the way I should go, because I long for you.

I walk in the path of righteousness, in the pathway of justice,

The plans of the righteous are just; the counsels of the wicked are deceitful.

For the wise man, like the fool, will not be remembered for very long, because in the days to come, both will already have been forgotten. Alas, the wise man dies– just like the fool!

And I will say to myself,“You have plenty of goods stored up for many years; relax, eat, drink, celebrate!”’

For this reason do not be foolish, but be wise by understanding what the Lord’s will is.

But evil people and charlatans will go from bad to worse, deceiving others and being deceived themselves.

True Wisdom Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct he should show his works done in the gentleness that wisdom brings.
