a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

You will be hated by all men for my name's sake, but he who endures to the end will be saved.

Others fell on good soil, and yielded fruit: some one hundred times as much, some sixty, and some thirty.

For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, and whoever will lose his life for my sake will find it.

Then the King will tell those on his right hand, 'Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;

Jesus said, "Most certainly I tell you, there is no one who has left house, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or land, for my sake, and for the sake of the Good News,

"If anyone comes to me, and doesn't disregard his own father, mother, wife, children, brothers, and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he can't be my disciple.

If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

But as it is written, "Things which an eye didn't see, and an ear didn't hear, which didn't enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him."

Yes most certainly, and I count all things to be loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Christ

because for the sake of the Name they went out, taking nothing from the Gentiles.
