And Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto Moses,^H4872 Gather^H622 unto me seventy^H7657 men^H376 of the elders^H2205 of Israel,^H3478 whom thou knowest^H3045 to be the elders^H2205 of the people,^H5971 and officers^H7860 over them; and bring^H3947 them unto the tent^H168 of meeting,^H4150 that they may stand^H3320 there with thee.

If one be found^H4672 slain^H2491 in the land^H127 which Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 giveth^H5414 thee to possess^H3423 it, lying^H5307 in the field,^H7704 and it be not known^H3045 who hath smitten^H5221 him;

And all the people^H5971 that were in the gate,^H8179 and the elders,^H2205 said,^H559 We are witnesses.^H5707 Jehovah^H3068 make^H5414 the woman^H802 that is come^H935 into thy house^H1004 like Rachel^H7354 and like Leah,^H3812 which two^H8147 did build^H1129 the house^H1004 of Israel:^H3478 and do^H6213 thou worthily^H2428 in Ephrathah,^H672 and be famous^H7121 in Beth-lehem:^H1035

Then the king^H4428 of Israel^H3478 called^H7121 all the elders^H2205 of the land,^H776 and said,^H559 Mark,^H3045 I pray you, and see^H7200 how this man seeketh^H1245 mischief:^H7451 for he sent^H7971 unto me for my wives,^H802 and for my children,^H1121 and for my silver,^H3701 and for my gold;^H2091 and I denied^H4513 him not.

Then were the king's^H4428 scribes^H5608 called^H7121 in the first^H7223 month,^H2320 on the thirteenth^H7969 day^H3117 thereof; and there was written^H3789 according to all that Haman^H2001 commanded^H6680 unto the king's^H4428 satraps,^H323 and to the governors^H6346 that were over every province,^H4082 and to the princes^H8269 of every people,^H5971 to every province^H4082 according to the writing^H3791 thereof, and to every people^H5971 after their language;^H3956 in the name^H8034 of king^H4428 Ahasuerus^H325 was it written,^H3789 and it was sealed^H2856 with the king's^H4428 ring.^H2885
