TSK · 1 Samuel 13:5

And Joshua^H3091 sent^H7971 men^H582 from Jericho^H3405 to Ai,^H5857 which is beside^H5973 Beth-aven,^H1007 on the east side^H6924 of Beth-el,^H1008 and spake^H559 unto them, saying,^H559 Go up^H5927 and spy^H7270 out the land.^H776 And the men^H582 went up^H5927 and spied^H7270 out Ai.^H5857

And their border^H1366 on the north^H6828 quarter^H6285 was from the Jordan;^H3383 and the border^H1366 went up^H5927 to the side^H3802 of Jericho^H3405 on the north,^H6828 and went up^H5927 through the hill-country^H2022 westward;^H3220 and the goings out^H8444 thereof were at the wilderness^H4057 of Beth-aven.^H1007

So Jehovah^H3068 saved^H3467 Israel^H3478 that day:^H3117 and the battle^H4421 passed over^H5674 by Beth-aven.^H1007

Now the Philistines^H6430 gathered together^H622 their armies^H4264 to battle;^H4421 and they were gathered together^H622 at Socoh,^H7755 which belongeth to Judah,^H3063 and encamped^H2583 between Socoh^H7755 and Azekah,^H5825 in Ephes-dammim.^H658

thy seed^H2233 also had been as the sand,^H2344 and the offspring^H6631 of thy bowels^H4578 like the grains^H4579 thereof: his name^H8034 would not be cut off^H3772 nor destroyed^H8045 from before^H6440 me.

Though thou, Israel,^H3478 play the harlot,^H2181 yet let not Judah^H3063 offend;^H816 and come^H935 not ye unto Gilgal,^H1537 neither go ye up^H5927 to Beth-aven,^H1007 nor swear,^H7650 As Jehovah^H3068 liveth.^H2416

The inhabitants^H7934 of Samaria^H8111 shall be in terror^H1481 for the calves^H5697 of Beth-aven;^H1007 for the people^H5971 thereof shall mourn^H56 over it, and the priests^H3649 thereof that rejoiced^H1523 over it, for the glory^H3519 thereof, because it is departed^H1540 from it.
