And Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto Moses,^H4872 I have seen^H7200 this people,^H5971 and, behold, it is a stiffnecked^H7186 people:^H5971

And Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto Moses,^H4872 Say^H559 unto the children^H1121 of Israel,^H3478 Ye are a stiffnecked^H7186 people;^H5971 if I go up^H5927 into the midst^H7130 of thee for one^H259 moment,^H7281 I shall consume^H3615 thee: therefore now put off^H3381 thy ornaments^H5716 from thee, that I may know^H3045 what to do^H6213 unto thee.

I also walked^H3212 contrary^H7147 unto them, and brought^H935 them into the land^H776 of their enemies:^H341 if then^H176 their uncircumcised^H6189 heart^H3824 be humbled,^H3665 and they then accept^H7521 of the punishment of their iniquity;^H5771

Furthermore Jehovah^H3068 spake^H559 unto me, saying,^H559 I have seen^H7200 this people,^H5971 and, behold, it is a stiffnecked^H6203 people:^H5971

And Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 will circumcise^H4135 thy heart,^H3824 and the heart^H3824 of thy seed,^H2233 to love^H157 Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 with all thy heart,^H3824 and with all thy soul,^H5315 that thou mayest live.^H2416

Now be ye not stiffnecked,^H7185 as your fathers^H1 were; but yield^H5414 yourselves^H3027 unto Jehovah,^H3068 and enter^H935 into his sanctuary,^H4720 which he hath sanctified^H6942 for ever,^H5769 and serve^H5647 Jehovah^H3068 your God,^H430 that his fierce^H2740 anger^H639 may turn away^H7725 from you.

Yet many^H7227 years^H8141 didst thou bear with them, and testifiedst^H5749 against them by thy Spirit^H7307 through^H3027 thy prophets:^H5030 yet would they not give^H5414 ear:^H238 therefore gavest^H5414 thou them into the hand^H3027 of the peoples^H5971 of the lands.^H776

And might not be as their fathers,^H1 A stubborn^H5637 and rebellious^H4784 generation,^H1755 A generation^H1755 that set^H3559 not their heart^H3820 aright,^H3559 And whose spirit^H7307 was not stedfast^H539 with God.^H410

But they rebelled,^H4784 and grieved^H6087 his holy^H6944 Spirit:^H7307 therefore he was turned^H2015 to be their enemy,^H341 [and] himself fought^H3898 against them.

To whom shall I speak^H1696 and testify,^H1696 that they may hear?^H8085 behold, their ear^H241 is uncircumcised,^H6189 and they cannot^H3201 hearken:^H7181 behold, the word^H1697 of Jehovah^H3068 is become unto them a reproach;^H2781 they have no delight^H2654 in it.

But they hearkened^H8085 not, neither inclined^H5186 their ear,^H241 but made their neck^H6203 stiff,^H7185 that they might not hear,^H8085 and might not receive^H3947 instruction.^H4148

in that ye have brought^H935 in foreigners,^H1121 uncircumcised^H6189 in heart^H3820 and uncircumcised^H6189 in flesh,^H1320 to be in my sanctuary,^H4720 to profane^H2490 it, even my house,^H1004 when ye offer^H7126 my bread,^H3899 the fat^H2459 and the blood,^H1818 and they have broken^H6565 my covenant,^H1285 [to add]^H413 unto all your abominations.^H8441

But they refused^H3985 to hearken,^H7181 and pulled away^H5414 the shoulder,^H3802 and stopped^H3513 their ears,^H241 that they might not hear.^H8085

And^G2532 they were^G2480 not^G3756 able^G2480 to withstand^G436 the wisdom^G4678 and^G2532 the Spirit^G4151 by which^G3739 he spake.^G2980

But^G1161 he that did^G91 his neighbor^G4139 wrong^G91 thrust^G683 him^G846 away,^G683 saying,^G2036 Who^G5101 made^G2525 thee^G4571 a ruler^G758 and^G2532 a judge^G1348 over^G1909 us?^G2248

to whom^G3739 our^G2257 fathers^G3962 would^G2309 not^G3756 be^G1096 obedient,^G5255 but^G235 thrust^G683 him from them,^G683 and^G2532 turned back^G4762 in^G2588 their^G846 hearts^G2588 unto^G1519 Egypt,^G125

For^G1063 he^G3588 is^G2076 not^G3756 a Jew^G2453 who is one^{G3588 G1722} outwardly;^G5318 neither^G3761 is that circumcision^G1722 which is outward^G5318 in^G1722 the flesh:^G4561

for^G1063 we^G2249 are^G2070 the circumcision,^G4061 who worship^G3000 by the Spirit^G4151 of God,^G2316 and^G2532 glory^G2744 in^G1722 Christ^G5547 Jesus,^G2424 and^G2532 have^G3982 no^G3756 confidence^G3982 in^G1722 the flesh:^G4561
