lest there should be^H3426 among you man,^H376 or woman,^H802 or family,^H4940 or tribe,^H7626 whose heart^H3824 turneth away^H6437 this day^H3117 from Jehovah^H3068 our God,^H430 to go^H3212 to serve^H5647 the gods^H430 of those nations;^H1471 lest there should be^H3426 among you a root^H8328 that beareth^H6509 gall^H7219 and wormwood;^H3939

But as for such as turn aside^H5186 unto their crooked ways,^H6128 Jehovah^H3068 will lead them forth^H3212 with the workers^H6466 of iniquity.^H205 Peace^H7965 be upon Israel.^H3478

For the vineyard^H3754 of Jehovah^H3068 of hosts^H6635 is the house^H1004 of Israel,^H3478 and the men^H376 of Judah^H3063 his pleasant^H8191 plant:^H5194 and he looked^H6960 for justice,^H4941 but, behold, oppression;^H4939 for righteousness,^H6666 but, behold, a cry.^H6818

Woe^H1945 unto them that decree^H2710 unrighteous^H205 decrees,^H2711 and to the writers^H3789 that write^H3789 perverseness;^H5999

transgressing^H6586 and denying^H3584 Jehovah,^H3068 and turning away^H5253 from^H310 following our God,^H430 speaking^H1696 oppression^H6233 and revolt,^H5627 conceiving^H2029 and uttering^H1897 from the heart^H3820 words^H1697 of falsehood.^H8267

But when the righteous^H6662 turneth away^H7725 from his righteousness,^H6666 and committeth^H6213 iniquity,^H5766 and doeth^H6213 according to all the abominations^H8441 that the wicked^H7563 man doeth,^H6213 shall he live?^H2425 None of his righteous^H6666 deeds that he hath done^H6213 shall be remembered:^H2142 in his trespass^H4603 that he hath trespassed,^H4604 and in his sin^H2403 that he hath sinned,^H2398 in them shall he die.^H4191

When the righteous^H6662 turneth^H7725 from his righteousness,^H6666 and committeth^H6213 iniquity,^H5766 he shall even die^H4191 therein.

Forasmuch^H3282 therefore as ye trample^H1318 upon the poor,^H1800 and take^H3947 exactions^H4864 from him of wheat:^H1250 ye have built^H1129 houses^H1004 of hewn stone,^H1496 but ye shall not dwell^H3427 in them; ye have planted^H5193 pleasant^H2531 vineyards,^H3754 but ye shall not drink^H8354 the wine^H3196 thereof.

Hear^H8085 this, I pray you, ye heads^H7218 of the house^H1004 of Jacob,^H3290 and rulers^H7101 of the house^H1004 of Israel,^H3478 that abhor^H8581 justice,^H4941 and pervert^H6140 all equity.^H3477

Art not thou from everlasting,^H6924 O Jehovah^H3068 my God,^H430 my Holy One?^H6918 we shall not die.^H4191 O Jehovah,^H3068 thou hast ordained^H7760 him for judgment;^H4941 and thou, O Rock,^H6697 hast established^H3245 him for correction.^H3198
