The enemy^H341 said,^H559 I will pursue,^H7291 I will overtake,^H5381 I will divide^H2505 the spoil;^H7998 My desire^H5315 shall be satisfied^H4390 upon them; I will draw^H7324 my sword,^H2719 my hand^H3027 shall destroy^H3423 them.

And you will I scatter^H2219 among the nations,^H1471 and I will draw out^H7324 the sword^H2719 after^H310 you: and your land^H776 shall be a desolation,^H8077 and your cities^H5892 shall be a waste.^H2723

It is all one;^H259 therefore I say,^H559 He destroyeth^H3615 the perfect^H8535 and the wicked.^H7563

Let thy hand^H3027 be upon the man^H376 of thy right hand,^H3225 Upon the son^H1121 of man^H120 whom thou madest strong^H553 for thyself.

All things come alike to all: there is one^H259 event^H4745 to the righteous^H6662 and to the wicked;^H7563 to the good^H2896 and to the clean^H2889 and to the unclean;^H2931 to him that sacrificeth^H2076 and to him that^H834 sacrificeth^H2076 not; as is the good,^H2896 so is the sinner;^H2398 [and] he that sweareth,^H7650 as he that feareth^H3373 an oath.^H7621

For my sword^H2719 hath drunk^H7301 its fill in heaven:^H8064 behold, it shall come down^H3381 upon Edom,^H123 and upon the people^H5971 of my curse,^H2764 to judgment.^H4941

But if ye will not hearken^H8085 unto me to hallow^H6942 the sabbath^H7676 day,^H3117 and not to bear^H5375 a burden^H4853 and enter in^H935 at the gates^H8179 of Jerusalem^H3389 on the sabbath^H7676 day;^H3117 then will I kindle^H3341 a fire^H784 in the gates^H8179 thereof, and it shall devour^H398 the palaces^H759 of Jerusalem,^H3389 and it shall not be quenched.^H3518

And I will punish^H6485 you according to the fruit^H6529 of your doings,^H4611 saith^H5002 Jehovah;^H3068 and I will kindle^H3341 a fire^H784 in her forest,^H3293 and it shall devour^H398 all that is round about^H5439 her.

Behold, I am against thee, O thou proud^H2087 one, saith^H5002 the Lord,^H136 Jehovah^H3069 of hosts;^H6635 for thy day^H3117 is come,^H935 the time^H6256 that I will visit^H6485 thee.

A third part^H7992 of thee shall die^H4191 with the pestilence,^H1698 and with famine^H7458 shall they be consumed^H3615 in the midst^H8432 of thee; and a third part^H7992 shall fall^H5307 by the sword^H2719 round about^H5439 thee; and a third part^H7992 I will scatter^H2219 unto all the winds,^H7307 and will draw out^H7324 a sword^H2719 after^H310 them.

Or if I bring^H935 a sword^H2719 upon that land,^H776 and say,^H559 Sword,^H2719 go through^H5674 the land;^H776 so that I cut off^H3772 from it man^H120 and beast;^H929

Son^H1121 of man,^H120 prophesy,^H5012 and say,^H559 Thus saith^H559 Jehovah:^H3068 Say,^H559 A sword,^H2719 a sword,^H2719 it is sharpened,^H2300 and also furbished;^H4803

Therefore thus saith^H559 the Lord^H136 Jehovah:^H136 Woe^H188 to the bloody^H1818 city!^H5892 I also will make the pile^H4071 great.^H1431

Seek^H1875 Jehovah,^H3068 and ye shall live;^H2421 lest he break out^H6743 like fire^H784 in the house^H1004 of Joseph,^H3130 and it devour,^H398 and there be none to quench^H3518 it in Beth-el.^H1008

Behold, I am against thee, saith^H5002 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 and I will burn^H1197 her chariots^H7393 in the smoke,^H6227 and the sword^H2719 shall devour^H398 thy young lions;^H3715 and I will cut off^H3772 thy prey^H2964 from the earth,^H776 and the voice^H6963 of thy messengers^H4397 shall no more be heard.^H8085

Ye Ethiopians^H3569 also, ye^H1992 shall be slain^H2491 by my sword.^H2719
