their roaring^H7581 shall be like a lioness,^H3833 they shall roar^H7580 like young lions;^H3715 yea, they shall roar,^H5098 and lay hold^H270 of the prey,^H2964 and carry it away safe,^H6403 and there shall be none to deliver.^H5337

I have set^H6485 watchmen^H8104 upon thy walls,^H2346 O Jerusalem;^H3389 they shall never^H8548 hold their peace^H2814 day^H3117 nor night:^H3915 ye that are Jehovah's^H3068 remembrancers,^H2142 take ye no rest,^H1824

He hath left^H5800 his covert,^H5520 as the lion;^H3715 for their land^H776 is become an astonishment^H8047 because^H6440 of the fierceness^H2740 of the oppressing^H3238 [sword], and because^H6440 of his fierce^H2740 anger.^H639

Behold, [the enemy] shall come up^H5927 like a lion^H738 from the pride^H1347 of the Jordan^H3383 against the strong^H386 habitation:^H5116 for I will suddenly^H7280 make^H7323 them run away^H7323 from it; and whoso is chosen,^H977 him will I appoint^H6485 over it: for who is like me? and who will appoint me a time?^H3259 and who is the shepherd^H7462 that can stand^H5975 before^H6440 me?
