And I will give^H5414 peace^H7965 in the land,^H776 and ye shall lie down,^H7901 and none shall make you afraid:^H2729 and I will cause evil^H7451 beasts^H2416 to cease^H7673 out of the land,^H776 neither shall the sword^H2719 go^H5674 through your land.^H776

In the days^H3117 of Shamgar^H8044 the son^H1121 of Anath,^H6067 In the days^H3117 of Jael,^H3278 the highways^H734 were unoccupied,^H2308 And the travellers^H1980 walked^H3212 through byways.^H6128

And so it was, at the beginning^H8462 of their dwelling^H3427 there, that they feared^H3372 not Jehovah:^H3068 therefore Jehovah^H3068 sent^H7971 lions^H738 among them, which killed^H2026 some of them.

Therefore hath the curse^H423 devoured^H398 the earth,^H776 and they that dwell^H3427 therein are found guilty:^H816 therefore the inhabitants^H3427 of the earth^H776 are burned,^H2787 and few^H4213 men^H582 left.^H7604

And I will appoint^H6485 over them four^H702 kinds,^H4940 saith^H5002 Jehovah:^H3068 the sword^H2719 to slay,^H2026 and the dogs^H3611 to tear,^H5498 and the birds^H5775 of the heavens,^H8064 and the beasts^H929 of the earth,^H776 to devour^H398 and to destroy.^H7843

and I will send^H7971 upon you famine^H7458 and evil^H7451 beasts,^H2416 and they shall bereave^H7921 thee; and pestilence^H1698 and blood^H1818 shall pass through^H5674 thee; and I will bring^H935 the sword^H2719 upon thee: I, Jehovah,^H3068 have spoken^H1696 it.

For thus saith^H559 the Lord^H136 Jehovah:^H3069 How much more when I send^H7971 my four^H702 sore^H7451 judgments^H8201 upon Jerusalem,^H3389 the sword,^H2719 and the famine,^H7458 and the evil^H7451 beasts,^H2416 and the pestilence,^H1698 to cut off^H3772 from it man^H120 and beast!^H929

Therefore shall Zion^H6726 for your sake^H1558 be plowed^H2790 as a field,^H7704 and Jerusalem^H3389 shall become heaps,^H5856 and the mountain^H2022 of the house^H1004 as the high places^H1116 of a forest.^H3293
