And the men,^H582 whom Moses^H4872 sent^H7971 to spy^H8446 out the land,^H776 who returned,^H7725 and made all the congregation^H5712 to murmur^H3885 against him, by bringing up^H3318 an evil report^H1681 against the land,^H776

But the man^H376 that toucheth^H5060 them Must be armed^H4390 with iron^H1270 and the staff^H6086 of a spear:^H2595 And they shall be utterly^H8313 burned^H8313 with fire^H784 in [their] place.^H7675

Thou shalt break^H7489 them with a rod^H7626 of iron;^H1270 Thou shalt dash them in pieces^H5310 like a potter's^H3335 vessel.^H3627

Let their table^H7979 before^H6440 them become a snare;^H6341 And when they are in peace,^H7965 [let it become] a trap.^H4170

A voice^H6963 of tumult^H7588 from the city,^H5892 a voice^H6963 from the temple,^H1964 a voice^H6963 of Jehovah^H3068 that rendereth^H7999 recompense^H1576 to his enemies.^H341

Jehovah^H3068 is a jealous^H7072 God^H410 and avengeth;^H5358 Jehovah^H3068 avengeth^H5358 and is full of wrath;^H1167 Jehovah^H3068 taketh vengeance^H5358 on his adversaries,^H6862 and he reserveth^H5201 [wrath] for his enemies.^H341

But^G1161 afterward he sent^G649 unto^G4314 them^G846 his^G846 son,^G5207 saying,^G3004 They will reverence^G1788 my^G3450 son.^G5207

Therefore,^G5124 behold,^G2400 I^G1473 send^G649 unto^G4314 you^G5209 prophets,^G4396 and^G2532 wise men,^G4680 and^G2532 scribes:^G1122 some of^G1537 them^G846 shall ye kill^G615 and^G2532 crucify;^G4717 and^G2532 some of^G1537 them^G846 shall ye scourge^G3146 in^G1722 your^G5216 synagogues,^G4864 and^G2532 persecute^G1377 from^G575 city^G4172 to^G1519 city:^G4172

saying,^G3754 If^G1487 thou hadst known^G1097 in^G1722 this^{G3778 G4675} day,^G2250 even^G2532 thou,^G2532 the^G1065 things^G3588 which belong unto^{G4314 G4675} peace!^G1515 but^G1161 now^G3568 they are hid^G2928 from^G575 thine^G4675 eyes.^G3788

For^G3754 these^G3778 are^G1526 days^G2250 of vengeance,^G1557 that all things^G3956 which^G3588 are written^G1125 may be fulfilled.^G4137

who^G3588 both^G2532 killed^G615 the Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 and^G2532 the^G2398 prophets,^G4396 and^G2532 drove^G1559 out us,^G2248 and^G2532 pleased^G700 not^G3361 God,^G2316 and^G2532 are contrary^G1727 to all^G3956 men;^G444
