Then Satan^H7854 answered^H6030 Jehovah,^H3068 and said,^H559 Doth Job^H347 fear^H3372 God^H430 for nought?^H2600

What^H4100 unto me is the multitude^H7230 of your sacrifices?^H2077 saith^H559 Jehovah:^H3068 I have had enough^H7646 of the burnt-offerings^H5930 of rams,^H352 and the fat^H2459 of fed beasts;^H4806 and I delight^H2654 not in the blood^H1818 of bullocks,^H6499 or of lambs,^H3532 or of he-goats.^H6260

For from the least^H6996 of them even unto the greatest^H1419 of them every one is given^H1214 to covetousness;^H1215 and from the prophet^H5030 even unto the priest^H3548 every one dealeth^H6213 falsely.^H8267

Therefore will I give^H5414 their wives^H802 unto others,^H312 and their fields^H7704 to them that shall possess^H3423 them: for every one from the least^H6996 even unto the greatest^H1419 is given^H1214 to covetousness;^H1215 from the prophet^H5030 even unto the priest^H3548 every one dealeth^H6213 falsely.^H8267

They shall go^H3212 with their flocks^H6629 and with their herds^H1241 to seek^H1245 Jehovah;^H3068 but they shall not find^H4672 him: he hath withdrawn^H2502 himself from them.

The heads^H7218 thereof judge^H8199 for reward,^H7810 and the priests^H3548 thereof teach^H3384 for hire,^H4242 and the prophets^H5030 thereof divine^H7080 for money:^H3701 yet they lean^H8172 upon Jehovah,^H3068 and say,^H559 Is not Jehovah^H3068 in the midst^H7130 of us? no evil^H7451 shall come^H935 upon us.

He^G1161 that is a hireling,^G3411 and^G2532 not^G3756 a shepherd,^G4166 whose own^G2398 the sheep^G4263 are^G1526 not,^G3739 beholdeth^G2334 the wolf^G3074 coming,^G2064 and^G2532 leaveth^G863 the sheep,^G4263 and^G2532 fleeth,^G5343 and^G2532 the wolf^G3074 snatcheth^G726 them,^G846 and^G2532 scattereth^G4650 [them]:^G846

For^G1063 they all^G3956 seek^G2212 their own,^G1438 not^G3756 the things of^G3588 Jesus^G2424 Christ.^G5547

Tend^G4165 the flock^G4168 of God^G2316 which is among^G1722 you,^G5213 exercising the oversight,^G1983 not^G3361 of constraint,^G317 but^G235 willingly,^G1596 according to [the will of] God; nor^G3366 yet for filthy lucre,^G147 but^G235 of a ready mind;^G4290
