Then^G5119 came^G4334 the^G846 disciples,^G3101 and said^G2036 unto him,^G846 Knowest thou^G1492 that^G3754 the Pharisees^G5330 were offended,^G4624 when they heard^G191 this saying?^G3056

And^G2532 there came^G4334 unto him^G846 Pharisees,^G5330 trying^G3985 him,^G846 and^G2532 saying,^G3004 Is it^G1487 lawful^G1832 [for a man]^G444 to put away^G630 his^G846 wife^G1135 for^G2596 every^G3956 cause?^G156

But woe^G3759 unto you,^G5213 scribes^G1122 and^G2532 Pharisees,^G5330 hypocrites!^G5273 because^G3754 ye shut^G2808 the kingdom^G932 of heaven^G3772 against^G1715 men:^G444 for^G1063 ye^G5210 enter not^G3756 in^G1525 yourselves, neither^G3756 suffer ye^G5210 them that are entering^G1525 in^G1525 to enter.

And^G2532 he charged^G1291 them,^G846 saying,^G3004 Take heed,^G3708 beware^G991 of^G575 the leaven^G2219 of the Pharisees^G5330 and^G2532 the leaven^G2219 of Herod.^G2264

And^G1161 the Pharisees,^G5330 who^G2532 were^G5225 lovers of money,^G5366 heard^G191 all^G3956 these things;^G5023 and^G2532 they scoffed^G1592 at him.^G846

Hath^G4100 any^G5100 of^G1537 the rulers^G758 believed^G4100 on^G1519 him,^G846 or^G2228 of^G1537 the Pharisees?^G5330

The chief priests^G749 therefore^G3767 and^G2532 the Pharisees^G5330 gathered^G4863 a council,^G4892 and^G2532 said,^G3004 What^G5101 do we?^G4160 for^G3754 this^G3778 man^G444 doeth^G4160 many^G4183 signs.^G4592
