And the king^H4428 said^H559 unto them, What seemeth^H5869 you best^H3190 I will do.^H6213 And the king^H4428 stood^H5975 by the gate-side,^{H8179 H3027} and all the people^H5971 went out^H3318 by hundreds^H3967 and by thousands.^H505

Have mercy^H2603 upon me, O Jehovah;^H3068 Behold^H7200 my affliction^H6040 [which I suffer] of them that hate^H8130 me, Thou that liftest me up^H7311 from the gates^H8179 of death;^H4194

Their soul^H5315 abhorreth^H8581 all manner of food;^H400 And they draw near^H5060 unto the gates^H8179 of death.^H4194

Happy^H835 is the man^H1397 that hath his quiver^H827 full^H4390 of them: They shall not be put to shame,^H954 When they speak^H1696 with their enemies^H341 in the gate.^H8179

and a spirit^H7307 of justice^H4941 to him that sitteth^H3427 in judgment,^H4941 and strength^H1369 to them that turn^H7725 back the battle^H4421 at the gate.^H8179

I said,^H559 In the noontide^H1824 of my days^H3117 I shall go^H3212 into the gates^H8179 of Sheol:^H7585 I am deprived^H6485 of the residue^H3499 of my years.^H8141

and speak^H559 unto him, saying,^H559 Thus speaketh^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 saying,^H559 Behold, the man^H376 whose name^H8034 is the Branch:^H6780 and he shall grow up^H6779 out of his place; and he shall build^H1129 the temple^H1964 of Jehovah;^H3068

And^G2532 you,^G4771 Capernaum,^G2584 shall you be exalted^G5312 unto^G2193 heaven?^G3772 you shall go down^G2601 unto^G2193 Hades:^G86 for^G3754 if^G1487 the mighty works^G1411 had been done^G1096 in^G1722 Sodom^G4670 which were done^G1096 in^G1722 thee,^G4671 it^G3306 would have^G302 remained^G3306 until^G3360 this day.^G4594

Who^G5101 shall lay anything to the charge^G1458 of^G1588 God's^G2316 elect?^G1588 It is God^G2316 that justifieth;^G1344

O death,^G86 where^G4226 is thy^G4675 victory?^G3534 O death,^G2288 where^G4226 is thy^G4675 sting?^G2759

So^G3767 then^G686 ye are^G2075 no more^G3765 strangers^G3581 and^G2532 sojourners,^G3941 but^G235 ye are fellow-citizens^G4847 with the saints,^G40 and^G2532 of the household^G3609 of God,^G2316

Husbands,^G435 love^G25 your^G1438 wives,^G1135 even as^G2531 Christ^G5547 also^G2532 loved^G25 the church,^G1577 and^G2532 gave^G3860 himself^G1438 up for^G5228 it;^G846

And^G2532 he^G846 is^G2076 the head^G2776 of the body,^G4983 the church:^G1577 who^G3739 is^G2076 the beginning,^G746 the firstborn^G4416 from^G1537 the dead;^G3498 that^G2443 in^G1722 all^G3956 things he^G846 might^G1096 have the preeminence.^G4409

but^G1161 if^G1437 I tarry long,^G1019 that^G2443 thou mayest know^G1492 how^G4459 men ought^G1163 to behave themselves^G390 in^G1722 the house^G3624 of God,^G2316 which^G3748 is^G2076 the church^G1577 of the living^G2198 God,^G2316 the pillar^G4769 and^G2532 ground^G1477 of the truth.^G225

Wherefore,^G1352 receiving^G3880 a kingdom^G932 that cannot be shaken,^G761 let us have^G2192 grace,^G5485 whereby^{G3739 G1223} we may offer service^G3000 well-pleasing^G2102 to God^G2316 with^G3326 reverence^G127 and^G2532 awe:^G2124

And^G2532 I saw^G1492 a new^G2537 heaven^G3772 and^G2532 a new^G2537 earth:^G1093 for^G1063 the first^G4413 heaven^G3772 and^G2532 the first^G4413 earth^G1093 are passed away;^G3928 and^G2532 the sea^G2281 is^G2076 no^G3756 more.^G2089
