And^G2532 Jesus^G2424 said^G2036 unto^G4314 the chief^G4755 priests,^G749 and^G2532 captains^G4755 of the temple,^G2411 and^G2532 elders,^G4245 that were come^G3854 against^G1909 him,^G846 Are ye come out,^G1831 as^G5613 against^G1909 a robber,^G3027 with^G3326 swords^G3162 and^G2532 staves?^G3586

Annas^G452 therefore sent^G649 him^G846 bound^G1210 unto^G4314 Caiaphas^G2533 the high priest.^G749

But^G1161 ye^G5210 denied^G720 the Holy and^G2532 Righteous^G1342 One,^G40 and^G2532 asked^G154 for a^G435 murderer^G5406 to be granted^G5483 unto you,^G5213

who^G3588 by^G1223 the Holy Spirit, [by] the mouth^G4750 of our father David^G1138 thy^G4675 servant,^G3816 didst say,^G2036 Why^G2444 did^G5433 the Gentiles^G1484 rage,^G5433 And^G2532 the peoples^G2992 imagine^G3191 vain things?^G2756

Which^G5101 of the prophets^G4396 did^G1377 not^G3756 your^G5216 fathers^G3962 persecute?^G1377 and^G2532 they killed^G615 them that^G3588 showed before^G4293 of^G4012 the coming^G1660 of the Righteous One;^G1342 of whom^G3739 ye^G5210 have now^G3568 become^G1096 betrayers^G4273 and^G2532 murderers;^G5406

Ye have condemned,^G2613 ye have killed^G5407 the righteous^G1342 [one]; he doth^G498 not^G3756 resist^G498 you.^G5213
