Speak^H1696 unto the children^H1121 of Israel,^H3478 saying,^H559 In the seventh^H7637 month,^H2320 on the first^H259 day of the month,^H2320 shall be a solemn rest^H7677 unto you, a memorial^H2146 of blowing^H8643 of trumpets, a holy^H6944 convocation.^H4744

And it shall be, when he sitteth^H3427 upon the throne^H3678 of his kingdom,^H4467 that he shall write^H3789 him a copy^H4932 of this law^H8451 in a book,^H5612 out of [that which is] before^H6440 the priests^H3548 the Levites:^H3881

There was not a word^H1697 of all that Moses^H4872 commanded,^H6680 which Joshua^H3091 read^H7121 not before all the assembly^H6951 of Israel,^H3478 and the women,^H802 and the little ones,^H2945 and the sojourners^H1616 that were^H1980 among^H7130 them.

Also day^H3117 by day,^H3117 from the first^H7223 day^H3117 unto the last^H314 day,^H3117 he read^H7121 in the book^H5612 of the law^H8451 of God.^H430 And they kept^H6213 the feast^H2282 seven^H7651 days;^H3117 and on the eighth^H8066 day^H3117 was a solemn assembly,^H6116 according unto the ordinance.^H4941

On that day^H3117 they read^H7121 in the book^H5612 of Moses^H4872 in the audience^H241 of the people;^H5971 and therein was found^H4672 written,^H3789 that an Ammonite^H5984 and a Moabite^H4125 should not enter^H935 into the assembly^H6951 of God^H430 for^H5704 ever,^H5769

For the priest's^H3548 lips^H8193 should keep^H8104 knowledge,^H1847 and they should seek^H1245 the law^H8451 at his mouth;^H6310 for he is the messenger^H4397 of Jehovah^H3068 of hosts.^H6635
