That which is altogether^H6664 just^H6664 shalt thou follow,^H7291 that thou mayest live,^H2421 and inherit^H3423 the land^H776 which Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 giveth^H5414 thee.

Saul^H7586 and Jonathan^H3083 were lovely^H157 and pleasant^H5273 in their lives,^H2416 And in their death^H4194 they were not divided:^H6504 They were swifter^H7043 than eagles,^H5404 They were stronger^H1396 than lions.^H738

How long will ye judge^H8199 unjustly,^H5766 And respect^H5375 the persons^H6440 of the wicked?^H7563 Selah^H5542

A worthy^H2428 woman^H802 is the crown^H5850 of her husband;^H1167 But she that maketh ashamed^H954 is as rottenness^H7538 in his bones.^H6106

A righteous^H6662 man that walketh^H1980 in his integrity,^H8537 Blessed^H835 are his children^H1121 after^H310 him.

Many^H7227 daughters^H1323 have done^H6213 worthily,^H2428 But thou excellest^H5927 them all.

His mouth^H2441 is most sweet;^H4477 Yea, he is altogether lovely.^H4261 This is my beloved,^H1730 and this is my friend,^H7453 O daughters^H1323 of Jerusalem.^H3389

And^G2532 they send to^G649 him^G846 their^G846 disciples,^G3101 with^G3326 the Herodians,^G2265 saying,^G3004 Teacher,^G1320 we know^G1492 that^G3754 thou art^G1488 true,^G227 and^G2532 teachest^G1321 the way^G3598 of God^G2316 in^G1722 truth,^G2532 and carest^G3199 not^G3756 for^G4012 any^G3762 one: for^G4012 thou^G4671 regardest^G991 not^G3756 the person^G4383 of men.^G444

And^G2532 behold,^G2400 there was^G2258 a man^G444 in^G1722 Jerusalem,^G2419 whose^G3739 name^G3686 was Simeon;^G4826 and^G2532 this^G3778 man^G444 was righteous^G1342 and^G2532 devout,^G2126 looking^G4327 for the consolation^G3874 of Israel:^G2474 and^G2532 the^G4151 Holy^G40 Spirit^G4151 was^G2258 upon^G1909 him.^G846

And^G2532 behold,^G2400 a man^G435 named^G3686 Joseph,^G5225 who was a councillor,^G1010 a good^G18 and^G2532 righteous^G1342 man^G435

Look ye out^G1980 therefore,^G3767 brethren,^G80 from among you^G5216 seven^G2033 men^G435 of^G1537 good report,^G3140 full^G4134 of the ^G40 Spirit^G4151 and^G2532 of wisdom,^G4678 whom^G3739 we may appoint^G2525 over^G1909 this^G5026 business.^G5532

And^G1161 one^G5100 Ananias,^G367 a devout^G2152 man^G435 according to^G2596 the law,^G3551 well reported^G3140 of^G5259 by all^G3956 the Jews^G2453 that dwelt^G2730 there,

Let love^G26 be^G5600 without hypocrisy.^G505 Abhor^G655 that which is evil;^G4190 cleave^G2853 to that which is good.^G18

Let us walk^G4043 becomingly,^G2156 as^G5613 in^G1722 the day;^G2250 not^G3361 in revelling^G2970 and^G2532 drunkenness,^G3178 not^G3361 in chambering^G2845 and^G2532 wantonness,^G766 not^G3361 in strife^G2054 and^G2532 jealousy.^G2205

If^G1437 I speak^G2980 with the tongues^G1100 of men^G444 and^G2532 of angels,^G32 but^G1161 have^G2192 not^G3361 love,^G26 I am become^G1096 sounding^G2278 brass,^G5475 or^G2228 a clanging^G214 cymbal.^G2950

And^G1161 we have sent^G4842 together with^G3326 him^G846 the brother^G80 whose^G3739 praise^G1868 in^G1722 the gospel^G2098 [is spread] through^G1223 all^G3956 the churches;^G1577

Now^G1161 we pray^G2172 to^G4314 God^G2316 that^G4160 ye^{G5209 G3361} do^G4160 no^G3367 evil;^G2556 not^G3756 that^G2443 we^G2249 may appear^G5316 approved,^G1384 but^G235 that^G2443 ye^G5210 may do^G4160 that which^G3588 is honorable,^G2570 though^G1161 we^G2249 be^G5600 as^G5613 reprobate.^G96

Wherefore,^G1352 putting away^G659 falsehood,^G5579 speak^G2980 ye truth^G225 each one^G1538 with^G3326 his^G846 neighbor:^G4139 for^G3754 we are^G2070 members^G3196 one of another.^G240

Stand^G2476 therefore,^G3767 having^G4024 girded^G4024 your^G5216 loins^G3751 with^G1722 truth,^G225 and^G2532 having put on^G1746 the breastplate^G2382 of righteousness,^G1343

Walk^G4043 in^G1722 wisdom^G4678 toward^G4314 them that are^G3588 without,^G1854 redeeming^G1805 the time.^G2540

prove^G1381 all things;^G3956 hold fast^G2722 that which is good;^G2570

one that ruleth^G4291 well^G2573 his own^G2398 house,^G3624 having^G2192 [his] children^G5043 in^G1722 subjection^G5292 with^G3326 all^G3956 gravity;^G4587

Women^G1135 in like manner^G5615 [must be] grave,^G4586 not^G3361 slanderers,^G1228 temperate,^G3524 faithful^G4103 in^G1722 all things.^G3956

the elder women^G4245 as^G5613 mothers;^G3384 the younger^G3501 as^G5613 sisters,^G79 in^G1722 all^G3956 purity.^G47

but^G235 given to hospitality,^G5382 a lover of good,^G5358 sober-minded,^G4998 just,^G1342 holy,^G3741 self-controlled;^G1468

in^G4012 all things^G3956 showing^G3930 thyself^G4572 an ensample^G5179 of good^G2570 works;^G2041 in^G1722 thy doctrine^G1319 [showing] uncorruptness,^{G90 G861} gravity,^G4587

And^G1161 let^G3129 our [people]^G2251 also^G2532 learn^G3129 to maintain^G4291 good^G2570 works^G2041 for^G1519 necessary^G316 uses,^G5532 that^G2443 they be^G5600 not^G3361 unfruitful.^G175

Pray^G4336 for^G4012 us:^G2257 for^G1063 we are persuaded^G3982 that^G3754 we have^G2192 a good^G2570 conscience,^G4893 desiring^G2309 to live^G390 honorably^G2573 in^G1722 all things.^G3956

But^G1161 the wisdom^G4678 that is^G2076 from above^G509 is first^{G4412 G3303} pure,^G53 then^G1899 peaceable,^G1516 gentle,^G1933 easy to be entreated,^G2138 full^G3324 of mercy^G1656 and^G2532 good^G18 fruits,^G2590 without variance,^{G87 G2532} without hypocrisy.^G505

having^G2192 your^G5216 behavior^G391 seemly^G2570 among^G1722 the Gentiles;^G1484 that,^G2443 wherein^{G1722 G3739} they speak against^G2635 you^G5216 as^G5613 evil-doers,^G2555 they may^G1392 by^G1537 your good^G2570 works,^G2041 which they behold,^G2029 glorify^G1392 God^G2316 in^G1722 the day^G2250 of visitation.^G1984

seeing that^G5613 his^G846 divine^G2304 power^G1411 hath granted^G1433 unto us^G2254 all things^G3956 that^G3588 pertain unto^G4314 life^G2222 and^G2532 godliness,^G2150 through^G1223 the knowledge^G1922 of him that called^G2564 us^G2248 by^G1223 his own glory^G1391 and^G2532 virtue;^G703

And^G2532 every one^G3956 that hath^G2192 this^G3778 hope^G1680 [set] on^G1909 him^G846 purifieth^G48 himself,^G1438 even as^G2531 he^G1565 is^G2076 pure.^G53

Beloved,^G27 believe^G4100 not^G3361 every^G3956 spirit,^G4151 but^G235 prove^G1381 the spirits,^G4151 whether^G1487 they are^G2076 of^G1537 God;^G2316 because^G3754 many^G4183 false prophets^G5578 are gone out^G1831 into^G1519 the world.^G2889
