But ye have set at nought^H6544 all my counsel,^H6098 And would^H14 none of my reproof:^H8433

My son,^H1121 forget^H7911 not my law;^H8451 But let thy heart^H3820 keep^H5341 my commandments:^H4687

And he taught^H3384 me, and said^H559 unto me: Let thy heart^H3820 retain^H8551 my words;^H1697 Keep^H8104 my commandments,^H4687 and live;^H2421

And say,^H559 How have I hated^H8130 instruction,^H4148 And my heart^H3820 despised^H5006 reproof;^H8433

For the commandment^H4687 is a lamp;^H5216 And the law^H8451 is light;^H216 And reproofs^H8433 of instruction^H4148 are the way^H1870 of life:^H2416

There is grievous^H7451 correction^H4148 for him that forsaketh^H5800 the way;^H734 [And] he that hateth^H8130 reproof^H8433 shall die.^H4191

Incline^H5186 thine ear,^H241 and hear^H241 the words^H1697 of the wise,^H2450 And apply^H7896 thy heart^H3820 unto my knowledge.^H1847

Suffer^H5414 not thy mouth^H6310 to cause thy flesh^H1320 to sin;^H2398 neither say^H559 thou before^H6440 the angel,^H4397 that it was an error:^H7684 wherefore should God^H430 be angry^H7107 at thy voice,^H6963 and destroy^H2254 the work^H4639 of thy hands?^H3027
