And the number^H4557 of them that lapped,^H3952 putting their hand^H3027 to their mouth,^H6310 was three^H7969 hundred^H3967 men:^H376 but all the rest^H3499 of the people^H5971 bowed down^H3766 upon their knees^H1290 to drink^H8354 water.^H4325

And Samuel^H8050 came^H935 to Saul;^H7586 and Saul^H7586 said^H559 unto him, Blessed^H1288 be thou of Jehovah:^H3068 I have performed^H6965 the commandment^H1697 of Jehovah.^H3068

For he flattereth^H2505 himself in his own eyes,^H5869 That his iniquity^H5771 will not be found^H4672 out and be hated.^H8130

There is^H3426 a way^H1870 which seemeth right^H3477 unto^H6440 a man,^H376 But the end^H319 thereof are the ways^H1870 of death.^H4194

Every way^H1870 of a man^H376 is right^H3477 in his own eyes;^H5869 But Jehovah^H3068 weigheth^H8505 the hearts.^H3826

There is a generation^H1755 that are pure^H2889 in their own eyes,^H5869 And [yet] are not washed^H7364 from their filthiness.^H6675

For though thou wash^H3526 thee with lye,^H5427 and take thee much^H7235 soap,^H1287 yet thine iniquity^H5771 is marked^H3799 before^H6440 me, saith^H5002 the Lord^H136 Jehovah.^H3069
