TSK · Proverbs 27:9

But the Olyue tre answered them: Shall I go and leaue my fatnesse (which both God and men commende in me) and go to be puft vp aboue the trees?

Come now therfore, I wyll geue the councell, that thou mayest delyuer thy soule and the soule of thy sonne Salomon.

Thou preparest a table before me agaynst mine enemies: thou anoyntest my heade with oyle, & fyllest my cuppe full.

Thou bryngest fode out of the earth: wyne to make glad ye herte of ma, oyle to make him a chearfull countenaunce, & bred to strength mans herte.

My bed haue I made to smell of Myrre, Aloes and Cynamom.

Who so hath a wyse vnderstondinge, is called to councell: but he yt can speake fayre, getteth more riches.

Fayre wordes are an hony combe, a refreshinge of ye mynde, & health of ye bones.

Who is this, that commeth out of ye wyldernesse like pilers of smoke, as it were a smell of Myrre, frankencense and all maner spyces of the Apotecary?

Then toke Mary a pounde of oyntment of pure and costly Nardus, and anoynted Iesus fete, & dryed his fete with hir heer. The house was full of the sauoure of the oyntment.

For we are vnto God the good fauoure of Christ, both amonge the yt are saued, & amonge them yt perishe.
