But Omri did euil in the eyes of the Lord, and did worse then all that were before him.

And Iehoshaphat had riches and honour in abundance, but he was ioyned in affinitie with Ahab.

Two and fourtie yeere olde was Ahaziah when he began to reigne, and he reigned one yeere in Ierusalem; his mothers name was Athaliah the daughter of Omri.

Then I reprooued them, & cursed them, and smote certaine of them, and pulled off their heare, and tooke an othe of them by God, Yee shall not giue your daughters vnto their sonnes, neither shall ye take of their daughters vnto your sonnes, nor for your selues.
