And Iesus increased in wisedome, and stature, and in fauour with God and men.

For the promise is made vnto you, and to your children, and to all that are a farre off, euen as many as the Lord our God shall call.

So they threatened them, and let them goe, and found nothing how to punish them, because of the people: for all men praised God for that which was done.

And of the other durst no man ioyne him selfe to them: neuerthelesse the people magnified them.

And when the Gentiles heard it, they were glad, and glorified the woorde of the Lorde: and as many as were ordeined vnto eternall life, beleeued.

Moreouer whom he predestinate, them also he called, & whom he called, them also he iustified, & whom he iustified, them he also glorified.

Euen so then at this present time is there a remnant according to the election of grace.

For that preaching of the crosse is to them that perish, foolishnesse: but vnto vs, which are saued, it is the power of God.
